Charles Weinraub is one of Long Island New York’s rising stars in real estate development. A full-time real estate investor for the last five years. Charles is the largest fix and flip investor on Long Island purchasing approximately 300 properties over the last five years.  
Charles is currently finishing up a masters in real estate development at NYU which has helped his transition into large commercial development. His company Mandalay Holdings currently has a 7,200 sq. ft medical facility in the works, 150 bed assisted living facility in the midst of approvals, 80,000 sq. ft of self-storage awaiting approvals, and much more.
Charles has recently been featured in LIBN, Newsday, and other online publications highlighting his success and unconventional thinking. Charles has built a number of internal businesses to support his growth such as a construction company, permit/drafting company, cabinet company, and property management company. Charles’s goal is to have his own private equity company within the three to five years. 
Charles’s construction arm has the ability to handle projects of any size and at great volume. Their network includes top subs and designers from across Long Island who have experience building industrial, retail, multi-family, single family, medical, and more.

Carl Schiovone has been very active in the real estate industry for 39 years with successful investing in many areas including Property Flipping, Hold to Rent, Wholesaling, Mixed Use, and Commercial. Carl has leveraged his extensive experience and founded Carl Schiovone and Associates Real Estate Coaching, Inc. which provides one on one coaching to real estate investors, real estate professionals, and businesses. 

Carl is also a NYS Licensed Salesperson and a Real Estate Instructor for New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania providing Continuing Education and personal enrichment courses for real estate boards and brokerages. He is an accomplished author and contributing Columnist for the New York Real Estate Journal and Realty 411 Magazine.  

Carl founded East Coast Real Estate Investors Association which hosts monthly educational and networking events for Real Estate Investors, Real Estate Professionals, and industry service providers.

I am incredibly excited about having sold 205 homes in 2019!! I have no plans to slow down, as real estate is really an addiction - it is both work and a hobby for me. This type of success did not happen overnight though.

  As a two time All-American and Division I football player, there is nothing that I cannot accomplish. I am high-octane, high-protein, and super aggressive! I am ambitious and always hungry to achieve whatever I set my sights on. I am ranked the #1 real estate agent in Suffolk County! I am also a member of Re/Max's Hall of Fame. Over the past few years, I was recognized as one of “America's Best Real Estate Agents” in the rankings put out by Wall Street Journal's REAL Trends and was named to the Long Island Board of Realtors Young Industry Professionals “Top 20 under 40” list of real estate agents. I’ve also been named in Long Island Pulse Magazine as one of their Power Brokers and listed on their Top Realtor list. I was also ranked #2 in all of New York State for Re/Max producers.

I am a born entrepreneur and have tried my hand in many different business ventures. I decided to dedicate myself to real estate full time, because I believe that real estate is the best investment money can buy. I started heavily investing into rental properties for my family's future. I have established an impressive rental portfolio and still continue to build on it. I have also turned around numerous fix-and-flips. There are endless opportunities out there in real estate, I am determined to take advantage of each and every one of them.

I am also very philanthropic, supporting many local charities and I always look forward to our annual Karp Family Fundraisers to give back to such an amazing community.

Jordan is currently a principal at Pantigo Road Equities where he is a participating member in a high volume group of NY based foreclosure investors. His responsibilities include deal valuation, ad hoc debt sourcing, co-managing a 1-4 rental portfolio, tax lien certificate administration and facilitating title clearance by leveraging underwriter relationships.

Prior to Pantigo Road, he had served as the Managing Member and Director of Acquisitions for BCN Capital Partners, an event driven investment partnership focused on the acquisition, management disposition and repackaging of residential non-performing first position whole loans. Utilizing preexisting relationships with asset managers and secondary market special servicers, he assembled a multi-state NPL whole loan portfolio with backing from a Top 5 alternative asset manager (by AUM). Through institutional contacts he also participated on a consultancy basis in the underwriting of large institutional distressed whole loan tapes, during which his insights were recognized as instrumental in developing financial models and an overall understanding of the space.

Jordan grew up on the South Shore of Long Island and attended high school in the Five Towns. He subsequently lived in Boston to pursue a dual undergraduate degree in Economics and Philosophy and returned to New York to attend law school. He enjoys playing golf, weekending on the East End and dining out with friends in lower Manhattan in his free time.

Chris Grenzing started his real estate investing journey in Jan of 2016 by trying to flip houses onLong Island NY, but ultimately failed to flip a single house despite spending tens ofthousands of dollars and several months trying. Chris and his team tried pivoting topurchasing tax deed properties in Philadelphia, but quickly realized it wasn't for them.From there Chris started to learn about multifamily and started by investing passively inan 8-unit property, then Joint Venturing on another 100 units worth over $4.5 mil.From there Chris quit his full-time job in finance and joined the Toro team full time inAug 2016. Chris focuses on managing, sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring new assetsfor Toro’s Multifamily Portfolio and is the primary person running the Florida region ofToro's portfolio. Toro has acquired over 4500 units worth over $280 mil.

Before Toro, Chris worked in finance at small boutique firm. He graduated Hofstra with a degree in Business and played D1 soccer.

John Cohen Co-Founded Toro Real Estate Partners in 2015. John's focus is the strategic direction of the company, formulation of investment strategy, investor development, and acquisition & dispositions. He has been investing in real estate since 2010 and focusing on deep value real estate investing. Since starting in real estate he has been involved in over $450 million in various real estate transactions, spanning tax liens, rental/sale transactions in Manhattan, vacant land, single family flips, and multifamily value add.

John worked at Marcus & Millichap and focused on the multifamily investment sales in the Brooklyn and Queens market. When John left Marcus & Millichap it was to focus 100% of his time on the growth of his real estate investment company. John played baseball at Queens College where he graduated with a degree in Economics.

Dustin Cohen is the principal at the Law Office of Dustin J. Cohen, PLLC. After his admission to the New York Bar in 2008, he practiced at two prominent Long Island firms before starting his own practice in 2017. Billy Alvaro is an American success story. Like many successful business leaders, Billy struggled in school, but his passion and dreams of building a multi-million-dollar real estate business drove him to take massive action. The challenge, of course, was that Billy allowed fear of failure lack of formal education and the opinions of others to stop him from taking massive action for years.

Finally, at the age of 26, Alvaro was able to crush his own fears and get started in the real estate and mortgage industry. However, When the economy took a turn for the worse Billy’s business imploded. He ended up losing everything. When the dust settled, he realized he was saddled with over 14 million in debt. He lost his business, home, cars and at a low point almost his life.

On July 4th 2009 at one of the lowest points in his life Billy had an awakening. He realized AGAIN that it was fear was holding him back from starting over. He made a promise on that day to once again become financially secure and independent through real estate investing.

With no money, no job and no credit Billy figured out how to find, purchase, fix and sell homes by being extremely resourceful. He took massive consistent action, executed his plan and the rest is history.
Today, Billy Alvaro is the founder of Easy Sell Property solutions a real estate investment company investing in New Jersey and New York. He employees 14 people and successfully flips 130 homes a year.
Utilizing the same tools that Billy mastered in Easy Sell , Billy also teaches the art and science of a myriad of investing strategies such as paper flipping, fix and flip, fix and rent, assignments, double closes, wholesaling, marketing, wrap mortgages, subject to’s,, creative deal structuring, debt negotiation, and long-term wealth building. All this while Billy continues to own one of New York’s most successful real Estate investment companies which does hundreds of transactions yearly!
